We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which is situated just a stone's throw from the beach and surrounded by plenty of local eateries. The staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to help. While the dining options were enjoyable overall, there were times when the main courses felt a bit lacking. However, the facilities, including the various pools, were fantastic, making it a great value for money, especially for families.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our kids. However, there were issues with the cleanliness of the pool area, which detracted from our enjoyment. We had a pretty good time overall at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being right by the beach, and there's a great variety of pools for the kids to enjoy. However, the dining options were a bit repetitive, and the air conditioning in our room left something to be desired. Despite these drawbacks, we found the stay to be decent and enjoyable.

I had a wonderfully relaxing week at the Balansat resort. The location was beautiful, nestled in a serene area surrounded by pine forests and just steps from the beach.
